Santa Paws

Ho ho ho! Today I am channelling the main man himself- Santa Paws! I think I have perfected the beard (created from the innards of my toy rugby ball that I brutally savaged)! Believe it or not- I achieved this look totally by accident, however I hope you will notice the coincidental perfect beardy shape that my ball fluff has achieved!

Can you see my chizzled jaw bone if I I face my head to the left? This I call my blue steel look- effortless cool! The 'arty gaze into the distance next to a tree branch whilst being unaware of the camera' look! And WHAT a look it is! Zoolander eat your heart out because there is a new top model in town! Oooh you can barely see the wrinkles from this angle- dreamy! And that filter! Wow! #nophotoshopneeded

My vets trip

Being the fine specimen that I am, I take my health very seriously, which is why when my annual health check popped up in the diary, I wasn't too worried about the vets trip.  I secretly quite like the vets because they give me lots of treats for being a 'brave boy'. It's not even that bad- they check your ears and you obviously have to act like this is the worst thing ever (purely tactical to get more cuddles from the pretty vet).  Wise beyond my years!

Birthday pug

Yesterday was my BIRTHDAY! I had a really great day as you should on your birthday.

We had a morning trip to Richmond Park before work and then we had doggy sausages and ice creams and singing and cake! I was a very spoilt pug!

The humans bought me a new Turtle toy and a bone which I really love.

It it was pretty hot yesterday so I was very sleepy by the end of they day but it was worth it for all of the excitement!

Nibbles

Saturday night and the humans have decided to have a film night- good news for me because we can all snuggle of the sofa and there is a possibility of some dropped snacks for me to snuffle up... No luck yet... I'm watching intently.

I need to wait for a jumpy part in the film then BOO! Food dropped and bonus dinner for me!

Soggy Doggy

I have gone on my holidays this weekend to Anglesey and with the weather being glorious (a rare treat) we have all been out on the sea. I have also been rolling around in the sand which resulted in me being covered in sand and seaweed.  Apparently I was a bit stinky so I annoyingly got dunked in the shower....

Wake up call!

This morning humans decided to stay in bed a little later than usual and I got super bored waiting for my breakfast so thought that I would go and hurry along the waking up process.

I'm not technically allowed upstairs and definitely not in humans bedroom but I think they were pleased to see me!

Wakey wakey!!!

My new bed

Now I am getting to be a big grown up puggy, the humans have decided that my puppy snug (I don't like the word cage!) has to go and it has been replaced by a very snazzy wine box bed which human made by himself.

It does look very chic and I think it suits my dapper personality. I definitely feel more grown up and I love that I am now a free range pug! I can make midnight patrols of the kitchen to check that there aren't any baddies... SUCH a good guard pug.

Humans get a bit cross when I trot and wake them up in the morning... I've been told to stay downstairs so I suppose I should behave buuut so far I seem to have got away with it!
